A non-refundable retainer is required upon booking to confirm your session. Your date will only be secured once the retainer is paid. The remaining session fee balance must be settled on or before your session date. If the balance is paid on the day of your session, it must be paid upon arrival. Please note that the full session, including shooting, styling, and makeup application, is contingent upon payment of the complete session fee. Once the retainer is paid, your date and time slot are exclusively reserved for you, making retainers non-refundable in cases of rescheduling. The retainer is valid for one year from the original booking date, with any retainers not redeemed within this time frame becoming null and void.

If you need to reschedule your session, please give me a heads-up at least 48 hours before your scheduled date. I'll do my best to accommodate you for the next available slot. Your retainer will roll over to the new date, and the remaining balance will be due to secure the new slot. Just a heads-up, you can only postpone your session once. If you need to delay it more than twice, there will be an additional $500.00 fee. If your postponement is due to inclement weather, you will not penalized and will not incur any additional fees other than the remaining session fee balance.

Please make sure to arrive on time and that all is set to start shooting. It's important to note that the time slot allotted for your shoot is exclusively for you. If you happen to arrive late, no worries, but just keep in mind that the shooting time will start at your arrival time and won't be able to be extended. Looking forward to our session!

We kindly request that only one additional person accompanies the individual being photographed unless it is a minor accompanied by their parents. This helps maintain a focused and harmonious environment for the photographer and the subjects. Additionally, please note that no cameras of any kind are permitted during the session. Thank you for your cooperation in creating a successful and enjoyable photo session for all.

Please ensure that all orders are placed during the gallery reveal/ordering session, and kindly settle all payments upon receipt of the invoice. Thank you for your cooperation.

  The digital images included in the portrait session packages are always high-resolution unless we've stated otherwise. On the other hand, event photography prices typically include low-resolution images unless specified otherwise.

But don't worry, if you decide you want those high-resolution images for your event; they're available for purchase from our a la carte menu for a little extra. We want you to have the best quality images to cherish your special moments!

Our policy on rescheduling sessions due to inclement weather. It's important to consider the impact that weather can have on our shoot. If we decide to proceed with our session despite the weather, please keep in mind that if the weather cuts our shoot short, we won't be able to extend the session time or schedule a reshoot. It's all about making the most of our time together and ensuring that we capture the best possible photos. Looking forward to our session!

All images/products created and provided by Nicole Mondestin Photography, whether in print or digital form, may not be reproduced by any means. Scanning or reproducing purchased images without the consent of Nicole Mondestin Photography constitutes copyright infringement and is punishable by law. Nicole Mondestin Photography is the only entity allowed to print and reproduce your images, unless stated otherwise.

To prioritize the safety of everyone, including my staff, the following measures are in place due to COVID-19:

- Photo shoots are limited to the individuals being photographed. No additional guests are allowed, except for a chaperone or guardian if the subject is a minor. Any other guests will be asked to leave.

- The studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every shoot.

- Staff members regularly wash and sanitize their hands, and they wear masks and face shields.

- An air purifier/filter is used on the premises.

- Photo sessions are not just limited due to COVID-19, but they are not staggered.

- All props, accessories, wardrobe, fabrics, drapes, chairs, etc., are cleaned and sanitized before and after every session.

- All clients have their temperature checked before entering the studio, and they are required to wash and sanitize their hands upon entry.

- Clients' belongings are also sanitized upon entering the studio.

- If you've booked a shoot and are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

- Muscle pain

- Fever or cough

- New loss of taste or smell

- Trouble breathing

- Chills or repeated shaking with chills

- Shortness of breath and/or difficulty breathing

Please seek medical attention immediately. If you have a shoot booked and are experiencing any of these symptoms, please stay home, call me to reschedule your shoot, and your non-refundable retainer will be applied to a new date.
